irgendwie kann ich mir das bild immer noch nicht erklären. ist das einen insel in nem ozean bei nacht ? oder interstellarer staub um einen planeten/kometen ?

Hallo,

wichtig ist das Vorhandensein einer Inversion
oder mindestens einer hinreichend stabilen Grundschicht
damit das Hindernis nicht über- sondern umströmt werden muss:



Dies ist hier in den untersten paar hundert Meter der Fall.
In dieser stabilen Schichtung können auch die kleinen Leewellen
entstehen, die sich hinter dem Pass gebildet haben (nur im Modis-Bild
zu erkennen).
Die Kanaren sind auch häufig dankbare Kandidaten für Karman-
Wirbelstrassen.

Welches Temp muss ich für die Bildung der Karman-Wirbel berücksichtigen,
und zweitens; ist die Grundschicht das, welches im 12:00 Temp bis ca. 700 m geht?
