Fast so Interessant die Schilderung. Glück ja. Aber "dumm" war nicht alles.
...driving into the tornado was not a plan...The last scan on radar showed it was still a bit west and I thought I could get past it in time south...but it was moving right along... Yes I was to close! But It was My choice! I will never be that close again...I will be in a safer place... For the one's who care, I slowed down realizing I missed my exit....so...stupid!! After Missing my exit, the road curved more that i expected..then after I clear the trees..I stopped unhooked my seat belt and put one leg out the door to see if I could anything then, I saw it! Saw how close the tornado was and how wide/ fast it became plus a small tornado also beside it ... so, I drove maybe 400 feet into a low spot. Then I started thinking, put my seat belt back on, turned off the suv key so something flying would not hit the front and deploy the airbags...but kept one hand on the key to turn it back on just in case I went flying and was ready for the worst. I was holding my cell camera in the window while laying in the seat so I would not get hit with debris. Was not going to lay face down outside and have my own SUV roll over me. Damned if i do, damned if i don't. Shingles and rocks broke my windows. While looking Looking around, I saw flipped cars/and truckers. Low spot helped me and I knew it would. Some cars passed me and kept going into the tornado and I don't know why..... But please AVOID tornadoes if you want to live. Looking at my video now...I was in the outer circulation not in it. I am living life!!! And I know the dangers of it! I'm shocked this went viral. Like me or not, I can still be your friend. I'm just that way. We should learn from each others bad decisions...not slam. You can see the raw power of the winds in this video. RESPECT IT! I was driving my 2002 ford explorer 4.7 4x4. No Media Interviews will be given at this time.
